Hi, I'm Jen.
In 2024, I relocated from Bristol to East Grinstead to be closer to my first granddaughter. I'm now lucky enough to have two beautiful granddaughters, and becoming a hands-on grandparent has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
For 28 years, I built a rewarding career in retail management and customer service. However, the demands of a traditional 9-to-5 job and weekend working meant I couldn't always spend as much time with my family as I wanted.
At the beginning of 2026, I made the decision to step away from my career and focus on what matters most.
My Story
After enjoying precious time with my family, I realised I wanted to create a business that would help others do the same. That's how Jen's Pressed and Polished was born.
I provide reliable, friendly, and professional domestic cleaning and ironing services, helping to take the pressure off busy households. Whether it's keeping your home clean and fresh or taking care of the ironing, my aim is to give you back valuable time to spend with the people who matter most.
I take pride in delivering a trustworthy, high-quality service with a personal touch, treating every home with the same care and attention as I would my own.
